Conventional Oven: From frozen, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove portion from bag and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
From thawed, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove portion from bag and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Convection Oven: From frozen, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove portion from bag and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 26 minutes.
From thawed, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove portion from bag and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes.
Microwave: Remove portion from bag and place in a microwave safe baking dish. Place duck in oven and cook on high power for 9-10 minutes. If defrosted, 3-4 minutes.
