Microwave: Place enchilada with wrapping intact on microwave safe dish. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Allow enchilada to set for 1 minutes prior to serving.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove Enchiladas from wrapping materials. Place in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil for best results. Do not stack or overlap enchiladas. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
