The cattle are genetically certified not to come from Canada or Mexico. The Cattle spend 99.98% of their lives on open range eating all natural grass. Not GMO grass either. In the last 30 days or so they are “finished” off with high-quality feed which makes the beef tenderer and adds some fat for flavor. We found just about every farm raising cattle, Organic, All Natural or Antibiotic Free, do this. So that’s not an ah-haa moment folks. Our steaks have: No Antibiotics EVER!
